The purpose of this form is to adequately prepare for every activity scheduled in Riverdale Baptist Church. Until the
activity has been approved it will not be placed on the church calendar. Each individual and or church organization will be
expected to complete this form and submit it to the Church Council for approval.
An application for church use
for non-members must be submitted in person for approval and can be picked
up at the church.
